This Privacy Policy is provided to inform the Customers of the Online Store, operated, and maintained by the Seller, accessible via https://Museewall.com, of policies and procedures applied by the Seller regarding the collection, use and disclosure of the personal data and other information submitted by Customers.
The Customers provide voluntarily certain personal data in connection with using the Services or purchasing items offered within the Online Store.

The personal data is administered by the Seller, that is UAB “The Book”, an entrepreneur operating in compliance with the law of Lithuania, with its registered office in Vilnius, Gedimino pr. 10.

The Seller has a status a controller determining the purpose and means for the processing of Customers’ personal data – as defined in act of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection and in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) and directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

The Seller is obliged to process the personal data to the extent necessary to provide the Services within the Online Store, which include offering for sale items displayed and performed within the Online Store, concluding, and executing Sales Agreements, processing payments, and managing delivery of Products.

The Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information submitted to the Seller.

INFORMATION PROCESSING AND COLLECTION
In the course of using the Services available through the Online Store the Customers are asked to provide certain personal information. Each time the purpose and scope of processing and collection of data submitted by Customer correspond to actions performed in the Online Store by them. The personal information that the Seller collects, processes and files, may include:

  • VAT ID and other tax identification number if needed,
  • alias and/or username,
  • records of conversation between the Seller and the Customers,

  • information regarding use of the Services or purchased Products: purchase history information, including frequency and information about product preferences, information on marketing preferences and permissions."

The data collected by the Seller are required for the Services rendered within Online Store to be properly supplied and settled, including but not limited sale and delivery of Products displayed and performed within the Online Store.

USE AND COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

    • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify.
    • Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.

The data collected by the Seller is used to provide the Services, including but not limited sale and delivery of Products displayed and performed within the Online Store, complete online transactions, and administer Customers’ inquiries.

The Seller uses Customer’s personal information to contact the Customer with newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials only if the Customer has given prior consent. The Customer may decide at any time that he/she no longer wishes to receive such communications, by adjusting the settings > Notifications & Newsletter.

The Seller may also use general information from use of the Services or sale of Products for statistical analysis and development.

Information submitted to Customers’ Accounts will not be publicly viewable and shall be available only to the Seller.

The Seller shall use only such third-party service providers who guarantee an appropriate level of protection of the personal data processed, in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation.

    • to accounting, legal and advisory service providers (in particular an accounting office, law firm or debt collection company) – to the extent necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Seller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child."

    INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
    Submitted personal information may be transferred to subcontracted data processors and maintained on computers and servers located in the European Union member states in compliance with legal regulations in force.

    PROFILING
    The Seller may use profiling within the Online Store, which means that thanks to the automatic processing of data, the Seller assesses selected factors concerning individuals in order to analyze their behavior or create a forecast for the future, including, to undertake marketing activities.

    Decisions taken on the basis of profiling do not concern the conclusion or refusal to conclude a Sales Agreement or the possibility of using electronic services in the Online Store.
