RETURNS
We offer a 30 days return period from the date you receive your products (excluding shipping costs).
The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria.
Please contact us at info@museewall.com before returning any items and remember to state your order number and relevant contact information in the email.
The following Return Terms apply to return policy of Products ordered through the Online Store accessible via https://Museewall.com and the Consumer’s right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement concluded through https://Museewall.com.
Capitalized terms and expressions used in this Return Terms shall have the meaning as indicated in Terms of Service accessible under the URL: https://museewall.com/policies/terms-of-service.
- Any Products cannot be returned and any Orders once approved and processed cannot be canceled unless it is stated otherwise under these Terms of Service.
- The Consumer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement if the product(s) arrived damaged within 3 months of delivery of the ordered Products. The Consumer may return the product within 30 days after receiving the product.
- In the case of a Sales Agreement that includes many Products that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts, the date specified in paragraph 1 runs from the delivery of the last item, batch or part.
- In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, the Sales Agreement shall be deemed not to have been concluded. In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement, the Seller shall immediately return to the Consumer, not later than within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Consumer’s statement on withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, all payments made by him, without the cost of delivering the Products.
- The Seller will refund the payment to the Consumer’s bank account.
- The Seller may withhold the reimbursement until the Product is received back or until proof of its return is provided to him, whichever occurs first.
- The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Product, including the cost of returning the Product, if, due to its nature, the Product could not be returned by regular mail.
- The Consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the Product resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
- If, due to the nature of the Product, it cannot be sent back by regular mail, information about this and the cost of returning the Product will be provided by contacting us at info@museewall.com.
- Except for other cases provided for by law the Consumer’s right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement is not entitled to the Consumer in relation to the agreement:
- in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer’s specification or serving to satisfy his individual needs;
- for the provision of services, if the Seller has fully performed the service with the express consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the service that after the Seller has fulfilled the service, he will lose the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement;
- in which the subject has used the product and it cannot be reused (as magnetic wall already attached to the indoor wall);
- in which the subject of the service are items that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other items;
- for the delivery of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance began with the Consumer’s express consent before the deadline to withdraw from the agreement and after informing the Seller about the loss of the right to withdraw from the agreement."
- Image damage: The image on the magnet is damaged, such as being brushed, blurred, having the print come off, or featuring noticeable printing errors.
- Text damage: The text on the back of the magnet has come off or appears to be of low-quality print, making it difficult to read or understand.
- Magnet functionality: The magnet itself does not stick to any metal surface or has significantly reduced magnetic strength.
- Physical damage: The magnet is cracked, chipped, or broken upon arrival.
- Surface defects: The magnet has noticeable scratches, dents, or other surface imperfections that affect its appearance or functionality.
- Discolouration: The colors on the magnet are faded, inconsistent, or significantly different from the product images displayed on the website.
- Packaging damage: The product packaging is severely damaged upon arrival, compromising the protection and presentation of the magnet.
- Incorrect or missing items: The delivered product does not match the description or images on the website, or the order is missing items or accessories that were included in the purchase.
Please note that the above list is not exhaustive, and each case of product damage will be evaluated individually by our customer support team. If you believe your product is damaged, please contact our customer support on info@museewall.com with a description and photos of the issue so we can assist you with the appropriate refund or exchange process.
