We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking code.

-Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Norway - 7-10 Working days

-USA - 3-7 Working days

Pickup

Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our offices located in Vilnius, Lithuania. Please contact us at info@museewall.com to arrange pickup. We are open 10 AM - 4PM on weekdays.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking code from DPD. You can use their website to track your order here.

Returns

We offer a 30 days return period from the date you receive your products (excluding shipping costs).

The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please read carefully the Return Policy of what the damaged product is.

Warranty

We craft our products with love and care and do our best to deliver them to you in a safe and secure way. If for any reason your product arrives damaged, please let us know straight away and we will provide you with a solution, wether it is a replacement or a refund.
