Q: Do I need tools to apply Muséewall?
A: No tools are needed and your walls are safe! Muséewall is self adhesive and is extremely easy to apply, read more on how to apply here.

Q: What kind of surface do I need?A: You need smooth, flat, dust-free and grease-free surface: walls, doors, refrigerators and other pieces of furniture. Using it on uneven, dusty, dirty, silicone or paint coated, or latex-coated surfaces may result in poor adhesion and reduced satisfaction.

Q: Can I remove or reuse Muséewall?
A: Yes. If you want to remove the magnetic wallpaper, just simply grab a corner and slowly remove the magnet. With smooth, damage-free surface, removal works problem-free. Magnetic cards are easily removable from any magnetic surface.

Q: Can I write on the magnetic wall?
A: Yes! We recommend using our water based chalk markers - they look good and can be cleaned very easily. For cleaning the marker - use dry or water-wet cloth.

How should I apply Muséewall?

What kind of surface do I need for magnetic wall?

Can I remove magnetic wall?

Yes. If you want to remove the MUSÉEWALL, just simply grab a corner and slowly remove the magnetic film. With smooth, damage-free surface, removal works problem-free.

Can I write on magnetic wall?

Yes! We recommend using our chalk markers - they look good and can be cleaned very easily.

For cleaning the marker - use water and finish with dry cloth.

What tools do I need for attaching magnetic wall?

Measure, dry cleaning cloth and maybe a friend (it is not a tool, but very helpful).

How can I fit all cards from one epoch?

Fit all 90 cards on the Muséewall with the smallest possible spacing: each era fits in 35 cm width.

How should I understand the cards?

Each back of the collection has its own colour. The colour represents an era.

• Antiquity and Medieval is tanzanite
• Renaissance is burgundy
• Baroque is gold
• Enlightenment is pink
• Towards Modernity is dark green
• Triumph of Modernism is black.

Following these colours, the collection can be arranged from bottom to top or from right to left: Antiquity at the bottom, Triumph of Modernism at the top (but you can create your own order!).

The tabs in the packaging will also help you to organise collection by era.

Can I buy only few collections?

Yes! You can order one magnetic card from the selected collection, one full selected collection from era, or half of MUSÉEWALL - only 3 eras and smaller magnetic wall (100 x 110 cm). After, if you like it - take the second half.

How can I pay for your products?

You can use any of the following methods: MasterCard, Visa, Bank transfer, Google pay, and Apple pay.

Can I receive an invoice?

You will always receive an invoice automatically in your mailbox after placing your order. Do you have a VAT number? Be sure to fill it in so that it is included on the invoice.

How to use discount code?

At the shopping basket, enter your discount code in the 'Discount code' box. The discount amount will then be automatically deducted from your purchase price.

How long will I wait to receive MUSÉEWALL?

The order will be activated as soon as the payment is received. Products in stock will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days and are traceable. The tracking number will be emailed once the order is shipped. Tracing in Europe is possible trough this link - DPD, or in USA - DHL.

What do I do if no one is home when ordered?

If you are away at time of delivery, the carrier will leave a note in your mailbox with further instructions where to get your package.

Can I pick my order?

You can pick up your order at our address in Lithuania, Vilnius. Contact us to make an appointment, we will check our stock and we prepare your order. You can pick up your order between 10am and 4pm on weekdays.

Can Muséewall be returned?

If we have made a mistake in the preparation of your product(s), or if they arrived damaged, we will be sorry and refund your money. Of course, if you made a mistake when ordering or simply changed your mind, then, subject to current legislation, no refund will be given.
